Buy, Refurbish, Refinance

This is our bread and butter, whilst we source all sorts of property types for investors, such as Rent to Rent (R2R), Rent to Serviced Accommodation (R2SA) and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Our primary focus and specialism is Buy Refurbish and Refinance (BRR) properties.

But, what exactly is BRR and why do we like it so much?

The model in its simplest form relies on purchasing a property at Below Market Value (BMV), refurbishing it to a higher standard and then using a mortgage or financial instrument to refinance the newly valued property. This allows for removing most if not all of the invested capital and allowing for it to be rented out for a high yield, or selling it for a profit.

We take our years of experience and close relationships with agents to acquire properties before they come to market. Through the use of comparibles and our network of builders and contractors we provide evidence backed research to drive the purchase price lower than the market value of the property.

The results of this allow for a packaged solution for investors returning a great return on investment.
